My wife has said I would be her biggest challenge and greatest success. In a couple
days she has asked me to join her 10 day energy reset challenge. This is terrifying knowing
my current eating habits and I would highly recommend everyone stay away from
me for the next 10 days. Here is a VIDEO that I feel is going to best describe our relationship
over the next 10 days.
I don’t want to be a fluffy tiger, I would like to be a fit tiger. I need to get rid of some
this fluff. By fluff I am referring to my 33% body fat. When I weighed myself I was
197 pounds…that means 65lbs of fat. 65lbs of fat would be really useful if I had to
travel across the arctic by foot, it would keep me warm and I could live off my own
fluff for weeks. But 65lbs of fat is not useful when trying to lift my ass up off the
ground or pull myself up over a bar.
I figure there are two ways to become a fit tiger… I could workout harder or I could
trust in my wife and let her feed me. Eating better is less physical work than
exercising more. All my workouts are like wearing a 65lb body vest, I am sure they
would be way easier if I wore a 45lb body vest.
Everyone makes goals for the year. I guess I will make a couple too.
1. Goal outfit – to look like a wild tiger not a zoo tiger
2. Goal exercise – to lift my fluffy self up and over the bar at the gym
3. Goal nutrition – to not have to be lied to at every meal
In conclusion, I am going to trust in my wife’s caring nature for me. I guess 10 days
to start can’t be too bad. But if you see me at Mcdonalds, Tim Hortons, buying a
chocolate bar or anywhere else incriminating…please don’t tell me wife, there’s no
telling what she will sneak into my food next.
If I can do this first guided challenge, so can you. Please support me and try it with
me here. I will make sure to keep you all updated on my challenges.
